Naveen Arora serves as Chief Vision Officer of Krishi Mirai, with responsibility for setting, and translating the organisation’s long-term vision into coherent, executable strategy. At a time when technology, particularly AI is reshaping agriculture, infrastructure, and mobility, his mandate is to ensure technology and innovation are applied in service of both humanity and nature.
With over three decades of cross-border leadership experience across India, Japan, ASEAN, ANZ, and the wider Indo-Japan Pacific region, Naveen brings a leadership style grounded in collaboration, clarity, and discipline. He is known for bringing people together across cultures and domains to build shared understanding, align diverse perspectives, and create collective ownership around a common purpose. Through this, he provides clarity on where the organisation should invest, how domains should align, and where restraint is required, ensuring focus amid complexity and rapid change. Naveen brings business rigour and governance to innovation and technology management, ensuring that vision is translated into executable, sustainable outcomes.
